s a generalization, we live our lives from the outside in. Growing up, we are taught how to fit in–how to conform to social rules and society’s standards. We are encouraged to make life choices as long as they make as few waves as possible.
The problem with this is that it forces us into living inauthentic lives. It inhibits our ability to communicate effectively and to be successful employees. Inauthenticity affects workplace culture and productivity. It affects our home lives and our social interactions. Learn to be true to yourself–learn to live from the inside out!
